If the recipient is not available
If no one is available to receive the bouquet, our courier may leave it in a safe place, at the front door, gate, or with the concierge, unless otherwise specified in your order.

Returns and refunds
As flowers are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
